226 Cheltenham Road, Bristol – retail property sale

I’m delighted to say that we completed on the sale of 226 Cheltenham Rd today, thanks to Burston Cook.  We eventually achieved a sale price which we were very happy with.

Burston Cook did a fantastic job throughout the sale. They were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and provided excellent communication throughout the process. Due to our lack of experience on commercial property sale matters, Burston Cook willingly performed a number of activities on our behalf, just to get the deal done.

We are extremely grateful for their help for what was at times a difficult process for us.
