Burston Cook recently acted in the sale of the four investment properties of On their advice they were sold individually, and the Trustees were impressed with the speed with which he found different purchasers for all of them, and the sale prices which were all above, and in some cases substantially above, most recent valuations. They were also impressed that the whole exercise was completed within six months.
