Burston Cook acquired a new accident repair centre in Emersons Green on behalf of FMG Repair Services.  At 22,000 sq ft and fully refurbished, the new site is larger than their previous Bristol site, allowing for increased repair capacity and capability, equipped with the latest technology to deal with all vehicle types.

Largest period office rent review completed in BS1 – At 23,000 sq ft, we have settled the largest period space rent review in BS1 during the last 12 months.

10,000 sq ft office rent review in Clifton – This year we have settled a major rent review on an office building in Clifton comprising over 10,000 sq ft, securing a 14.3% increase.

37,000 sq ft  Grade A office rent review in BS1 – Acting for Immediate Media, we are undertaking a rent review.

Out of town retail park lease renewal – Acting the the landlord, we secured a 75% increase.

Out of town rent review in Portishead – We have recently secured a significant rent uplift for a landlord on their out of town office building at Portis Fields.

The North Bristol Hospital

Acquisition of 150 Aztec West, of c 5,000 sq ft on behalf of EP Surgical who relocated their team from The Spire opening their new hospital last year.

St Johns Road, BS8– sold on behalf of the English Language Centre. We secured consent for a C3 dwelling and sold to a private occupier.

Bristol Businesses Beats Cancer – We donated to and supported this wonderful event and charity auction, helping raise over £20,000.

Lord Mayors Gala – We always support this amazing charity for Bristol’s most disadvantaged children.

Great Western Air Ambulance Charity: In memory of Sam Polledri – We donated to this important charity raising over £1,000 in honour of local Bristol Rugby star Sam Polledri.

Bristol Rotary  – Sponsors of these bi-annual golf days raising £1,000’s for local charities.

Normandy Veterans – We continue our strong support of the Normandy Veterans in 2024. Securing for them their new monument in Castle Park in time for the 80th anniversary.

Burston Cook support Bristol Sport – Stadium screen sponsors for Bristol Rugby and Bristol City FC (as seen on TV).

We have recently sold a 1 Acre city centre industrial site, which forms part of the Frome Gateway and will eventually be redeveloped. We had acquired for a longstanding client for their own business use over 10 years ago, and the sale of the site has facilitated change and development within their business.

Clifton Village Site Sale

 

Burston Cook have been instructed to sell this major landmark site located in the heart of Clifton.  This site has been redundant for over 10 years and is a unique opportunity for  a developer to transform and shape this important part of Clifton Village. Planning consent has been granted for a commercial scheme comprising retail, leisure and office accommodation. The site may also suit student schemes or residential uses for which consent has previously been granted but has since lapsed.
