Julian co-founded Burston Cook in 1995 with the then merger of two independent companies and over the last decade, has overseen its growth to become Bristol’s most active commercial property agents.

Julian is one of Bristol’s longest standing commercial property specialists and advises a variety of national, regional and local clients and over the years and has been involved with many major transactions throughout the city.

Julian’s expertise spans across all sectors and with over 35 years of hands-on experience throughout both recessionary and boom markets, his wealth of knowledge extends well beyond the ‘textbook’ offering invaluable advice and guidance to his wide variety of clients.
