The Trust engaged Burston Cook as sole agents for the sale of our nursing home in Bristol. With Burston Cook’s assistance, the rent review was not backdated, and the increase was a more modest one. Lloyd’s Register instructed Burston Cook to carry out a search for 6,000 – 8,000 sq ft of office space in Bristol for one of its local subsidiary companies – Human Engineering Ltd. Burston Cook were appointed to lead the instruction and provide professional services from the outset, from us with a shortlist of options in the area to completing the detailed negotiations on our behalf. As a result, Lloyd’s Register secured a superb deal at St Catherine’s Court, Clifton.
