Birketts instructed Burston Cook to find the perfect space in Bristol for our 7th office. Lloyd’s Register instructed Burston Cook to carry out a search for 6,000 – 8,000 sq ft of office space in Bristol for one of its local subsidiary companies – Human Engineering Ltd. Burston Cook were appointed to lead the instruction and provide professional services from the outset, from us with a shortlist of options in the area to completing the detailed negotiations on our behalf. As a result, Lloyd’s Register secured a superb deal at St Catherine’s Court, Clifton.
